WINTER:
- Up to 91 days prior arrival: free cancellation
- 90 - 31 days prior arrival: 40% cancellation fee
- 30 - 8 days prior arrival: 70% cancellation fee
- 7 - 0 days prior arrival: 90% cancellation fee
